Horn Book Review

After a kite lifts Elmo up into the sky, no one--not 'a truck full of ducks' or 'a log lined with frogs'--can direct him back to Sesame Street. The cartoon-style gimmicks (Elmo also soars into outer space before he lands with an effortless 'KER-PLUNK' near Sesame Street) and sophomoric rhymes are accompanied by generic muppet illustrations.
