Summary:
Lost in the Barrens: A canoe accident leaves two teenage boys lost in one of Canada's most desolate regions. Their only chance for survival is to work as a team. It will take more courage and strength than either of them could ever have imagined if they are to survive.

Rugged gold: Martha, a widowed socialite raising her son Lloyd, finds love again with Don, a rugged outdoorsman who convinces her to move north. When Lloyd and Don go missing during a dangerous earthquake, Martha is forced to endure an Alaskan winter on her own. Carried by her unwavering will to live, Martha's tale of survival is an uplifting experience for the entire family.
